Berry's White Chocolate Blueberry Cookies
250 g Butter
4 ½ dl Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
2 Eggs
3 tbsp White hot chocolate powder (Whittard)
1 tbsp Baking powder
5 ½ Flour
2 dl (80 g) Almond powder
2 dl Oat flakes
50 g White chocolate with blueberry (Kalev)
130 g White chocolate
1. Mix butter and sugars.
2. Add eggs and mix carefully.
3. Add dry incredients and chopped chocolate, mix carefully.
4. Roll into small balls, press against the baking sheet and bake at 200 C for 10 minutes.

Purin's Pancake
5 Eggs
2½ dl Cream
2½ dl Milk
½ dl Sugar
1 tbsp Icing sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cardamom
2 dl flour
½ dl Oat flakes
1. Beat the eggs.
2. Add sugars, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, flour and oat flakes and mix.
3. Add cream and milk and mix.
4. Cover the baking tray with parchment paper, spread butter on it and pour the mixture into the tray.
5. Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes.

Zakuro's Chocolate cake
180 g Dark chocolate
150 g Butter
2 dl Icing sugar
6 Eggs
2 dl Sugar
2½ dl Flour
Filling:
2 dl Whipped cream
130 g White chocolate
50 g Chushed peppermint candies
1. Mix butter and icing sugar.
2. Add yolks separately and mix carefully.
3. Add melted dark chocolate.
4. Whisk egg whites with electric mixer and add sugar while continous mixing (=meringue).
5. Add meringue to the mixture.
6. Add flour.
7. Pour into a cake form and bake at 175 C for 40-50 min.
8. Mix whipped cream with melted white chocolate and peppermint candy crush.
9. Divide the cake and add the filling.
10. Decorate the cake with melted Dark chocolate!

Berry's Apple Pie
2 Eggs
1½ dl sugar
1 dl sun flower oil
1½ dl flour
½ dl oat flakes
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
on top:
5-6 apples (sliced)
½ tsp cinnamon, icing sugar and crispy sugar
50 g white chocolate (chopped)
1. Whisk eggs and sugar with electric mixer.
2. Add sunflower oil and mix.
3. Add flour, flakes and sugars while continous mixing.
4. Pour into a round cake form.
5. Add sliced apples, chopped white chocolate, cinnamon, icing sugar and crispy sugar on top.
6. Bake 25 min at 200 C.

Zakuro's Small Chocolate Cakes
3 Eggs
9 tbsp Sugar
9 tbsp Flour
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
75 g Dark chocolate
1. Whisk eggs and sugar with electric mixer.
2. Add flour and cocoa powder and mix.
3. Melt the chocolate and add to the mixture.
4. Add 2-3 tbsp of mixture to the muffin/cake cups and bake for 10 minutes at 200 C.
5. Let cool down and decorate with chocolate (melted) and sprinkles.
6. Let cool down until the chocolate is solid again.

Minto's Mint Chocolate Cake
130 g Dark chocolate
20 After Eight mint chocolate chips
75 g Sugar
150 g Butter
1 tbsp Icing sugar
4 eggs, yolks separated
180 g Almond powder
½ dl Flour
3/4 dl Milk
1. Melt sugars, butter and chocolate.
2. Add yolks to the mixture and mix.
3. Add almond powder, flour and milk and mix.
4. Whisk egg white with electric mixer until light and fluffy (takes about 5 min) and add carefully to the mixture.
5. Pour into a round cake form and bake about 45 minutes at 180 C.
6. Serve with vanilla ice-cream or whipped cream.
Retasu's Chocolate Cake
5 dl Flour
3/4 Cocoa Powder
3½ Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Vanilla sugar
2 Eggs
200 g Sour cream (maitorahkaa)
1 dl Milk
150 g Butter
150 g Chococate
1. Mix the first 6 items.
2. Mix eggs, sour cream and milk and add to the mixture, mix well.
3. Add melted butter and mix.
4. Fold in the chopped chocolate
5. Bake in a round cake form for about 60 min at 170 C.
